If you have not done so already, set ALL you clocks ahead one hour. Don’t forget the clock in the car, so you are not caught unawares tomorrow.
Sure, you lose and hour of time and will feel (more) sleep deprived for the next few days.
Sure, the “lost” hour has been linked with increased risks for heart attacks and accidents.
Look on the bright side! Spring is around the corner. It is light on the way to work AND there is enough light out after you get home from work to run, walk, bike, get your garden ready for spring, or enjoy outdoor concerts, festivals and upcoming farmers markets!
